At Center Works we believe that changing your body can change your life.
In our spacious and bright studio we offer both private and semi-private sessions by appointment in classical Pilates and the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM(R), as well as a daily schedule of drop-in group classes-both mat and apparatus based. Our teachers have over 20 years of combined teaching experience in the areas of Pilates, GYROTONIC, and other movement and dance methodologies. We are passionate about teaching others new ways to connect to their bodies to find strength, flexibility, and comfort. Whether you are looking for recovery from injuries and back pain, a chance to shape up, or to really challenge yourself with an intense workout; we have something for you and your body.
Teachers include owner Anne Marie Schultz, Lauren Castle-Weaver, mat class teachers Susan Babcock and Renee Segault, and system level 1 pilates instructor Torah O'Neal.
We are located in the heart of downtown Eastsound, Wa in the front of the Athletic Center Building at 188 A Street (near the Post Office)
